BRULLI adopts a hybrid and integrated operating model, focused on the complete industrial supply chain. It is not limited to advice or partial execution but operates above all where it knows that multidisciplinarity contributes with concrete added value. BRULLI maintains branding and technical control over the entire initiative under development, thus ensuring effectiveness and concreteness. This approach is divided into three integrated divisions, supported by the development division for the construction and operation of hydroelectric plants and energy transmission grids.
Engineering: design of hydroelectric plants and high voltage connections
The Engineering and Connections division represents the technical heart of every initiative: design services are developed for own and third-party plants, managing the entire process related to the authorizations and technical activities necessary for high and very high voltage connections. The expertise acquired ensures high technical standards and solutions “tailored made” even in highly complex contexts.
Construction: impeccable industrial execution
The Construction division has the task of translating engineering into works, having as its focus the construction of high voltage infrastructures both of Users and part of the NTG National Transmission Grid and the construction of hydroelectric plants under concession. The works are carried out ensuring high quality, cost control and strict compliance with execution deadlines and safety standards.
O&M: Long-term Operation & Maintenance
BRULLI ensures maximum performance in terms of assistance services and technical availability of the power plants and electrical infrastructures through O&M division. Operation&Maintenance activities are not only “execution”, but represent a continuous evolving technical safeguard, essential for plants and grids with a long-life cycle such as hydroelectric power plants and high voltage electricity transmission infrastructures. BRULLI operates mainly in the assets it creates, guaranteeing maximum operational efficiency and provision of the highest standards of functionality over the years.
Development: own assets
The Development division is the strategic lever that give the dimension of Utility. BRULLI focuses on hydroelectric and connection infrastructure projects related to production and large-user plants, adopting a flexible and non-speculative investment approach: this means that it invests directly in projects deemed appropriate to its mission and size and when useful and appropriate smart co-investment models are activated for initiatives that can also create important beneficial impacts with other stakeholders, local or international, who share the restrictive technical approach and long term vision.
