A compelling lecture that urged the audience to look at the present from a new poiunt of wiev and offered fresh tools by wich to address the sense of disorientation that marks an age of deep and continuous change.

To mark the 70th anniversary of its foundation (1956–2026), BRULLI launched its celebrating programme by promoting a lecture by Professor Umberto Galimberti, one of Italy’s most respected contemporary philosophers and psychoanalysts.

Called “Disorientation and the Ethics of the Wayfarer”, the event was a significant cultural occasion and a valuable opportunity to think on some of the defining themes of our time: ethics, spirituality, our search for direction and critical thought.

Held on 20 February 2026 at the Multisala Novecento in Cavriago, the event created a space for dialogue and exchange, with the aim of encouraging deeper reflection on the place of the human being in today’s world.

Through this initiative, BRULLI reaffirmed its commitment not only to industrial and energy development, but also to the promotion of culture and critical thought, in the belief that innovation and growth must always be grounded in a strong ethical and human awareness.
