Today the project for the merger by incorporation of BRULLI Acqua S.r.l. Unipersonale, BRULLI Trasmissione S.r.l. Unipersonale and BRULLI Energieübertragung S.r.l. Unipersonale in BRULLI Energia S.r.l. Unipersonale has been completed.
The operation represents a central strategic step in the broader development plan that the Group has been working on for some time, and which involves repositioning the entire BRULLI reality towards a clear Utility connotation in the field of hydroelectric production, with associated dispatching and grid regulation services.
The merger allows for the strengthening of an integrated industrial model, oriented towards direct asset management and high and very-high voltage transmission, primarily for own infrastructure, consolidating expertise, governance, and operational capacity throughout the entire energy supply chain.
In parallel, the Group will continue to maintain a targeted presence in the Engineering and Construction sector for specific captive opportunities, in particular for connection activities to the National Transmission Grid in high and very-high voltage on behalf of third-party customers, by valuing the technical expertise acquired over time.
This corporate operation represents not only an organizational rationalization, but an evolution consistent with BRULLI’s long-term strategic vision: to grow as an integrated, solid, and specialized operator, capable of combining industrial development, infrastructure efficiency, and sustainable value creation.
