Today has been celebrate the closing for the acquisition of the subsidiary Seasm Srl by the seller A2A SpA. This company is the owner & operator of the 380 kV station of Voghera, part of the EHV Italian National Grid, constructed to evacuate power from the CCGT 400 MW of Voghera Energia. The company Seasm, has been later merged into the subsidiary BRULLI Trasmissione Srl.
